Problem

Brewery cleaning has to manage biofilm, residue build-up, high chemical usage and regulatory hygiene requirements. The client wanted to reduce downtime and operating cost.

Solution

Voigtländer generates Anolyte on site and doses it precisely into the CIP system for biofilm elimination and residue-free cleaning. Integrated Redox monitoring tracks compliance and system performance.

Results

  • Optimised water use during CIP
  • Streamlined cleaning processes
  • Chemical cost savings
  • Food-grade brewery hygiene compliance supported

Project scope

  • Treat brewery tanks
  • Dose into CIP systems
  • Minimise residues
  • Maintain hygiene

Scope of the results

What this project shows and what it cannot promise.

An installation, evaluated within its own operating context.

Shown here

  • Voigtländer water hygiene applied to CIP and process hygiene.
  • Application point: dosing into CIP system
  • Monitoring: integrated Redox monitoring

Not a general guarantee

  • Results and capacities cannot be transferred to another water composition or operating regime without assessment.
  • Design and expected performance for a new site depend on its own water analysis and process conditions.
